How to comply with the Food Information Regulations (FIR) 2014
December 2014 is when the Regulations (FIR) came into force - it's all about having allergen controls in the business and the communication of allergen information to consumers.
We can provide businesses with our popular half day Food Allergen training session, to help you and your staff understand how to comply with the FIR Regulations.
This course provides an overview of autism and is suitable for carers in residential care homes etc. The bias is towards understanding the difficulties faced by someone with autism from a non-medical perspective. It explores the autistic spectrum, as well as how carers can contribute to Person Centred Care and quality of life. This half day course is delivered by experienced trainers who have personal experience of autism and have undertaken additional training in this area.
